OUR PHILOSOPHY
At The Launchfield we encourage our players to be comfortable on the ball, have confidence to make the decisions they want and to learn why what we coach is important and how it applies to their future development. We believe that looking after the social, mental and psychological side of players first, provides for better results in players physically and technically. This is why Launchfield provides a safe environment for players to develop without the fear of being released from an Academy.
